This website abharatverse.com is owned by Author, based in Delhi, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide a platform dedicated to exploring the ideas presented in our books, The Acceleration Trap and The Joker’s Gambit, and fostering a community of like-minded individuals.
2. Products and Services
We offer physical books for sale, which are fulfilled through a Print-on-Demand (POD) service. This means each book is printed specifically for your order. We may also offer digital products and community memberships. All products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Order Processing, Shipping, and Fulfillment
- Processing Time: As our physical books are printed on demand, please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for order processing and printing before the order is shipped.
- Shipping: Shipping times are in addition to the processing time and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Fulfillment: You acknowledge that your order will be fulfilled by a third-party Print-on-Demand provider, who is responsible for printing and shipping the product directly to you.
4. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy
This policy is structured to reflect the nature of Print-on-Demand products.
- No Refunds for Non-Damaged Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for orders where the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or for any other reason outside of product defects. All sales are final.
- Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products: We stand by the quality of our products. If your book arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., printing errors, torn pages, damaged cover upon arrival), we will gladly provide a free replacement.
- Replacement Process: To request a replacement, you must contact us at contactbharatverse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Your request must include:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the damage or defect.
- Photographic proof of the damaged product.
- We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery or if the request is made outside the 7-day window.
5. User Accounts and Community Conduct
- Account Creation: To access certain features, such as our community (The Voyagers), you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
- Community Standards: We are building a community based on respect and constructive dialogue. You agree not to use our platform to harass, defame, spam, or engage in any abusive or illegal activities.
- Termination of Accounts: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these community standards or any other part of these Terms, without prior notice.
